Description

The invoice lookup needs to not just be a long list that will get more and more unwieldy. Needs work. Can clarify when I've found my brain.

Kris, can you give an idea of how this should work? Right now it's a browse - but should it work like Browse with page fwd/back, should it be searchable like find registrant... how should thisgo?

it should be search-able like find registrant. it should also have some sort of "get me all the invoices for $start-time to $end-time"
